Shipping rates for each option are shown at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. When they apply, they are calculated and included at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay: nothing more to pay when your package arrives. In the rare event a carrier asks you for a fee on delivery, contact us before paying it and we'll take care of it.
Tracking. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Delays. Delivery times are estimates. Jack N Elliot Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
