No returns or exchanges

Since orders are customized for and by each buyer, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Our guarantee

If your order arrives with a mistake on our part (spelling different from what you entered, wrong colors), a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, we remake it and ship it to you free of charge. Email infos@sportify3d.com within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.

Mistakes entered by the customer (spelling, number) are not covered — please check your 3D preview before ordering.
