Team order questions

How do team discounts work?

From the 2nd item, every extra item is 50% off — even mixed products (bag tags, nameplates, medals). The discount applies automatically: 2 items −25%, 5 items −40%, 10 items −45%, 20 items and more −47%.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Individual orders are welcome — and from the 2nd item on, every extra item is 50% off.

Can every player have a different name and number?

Yes. Each piece is personalized individually from the roster you enter, with the name, number and team colors you choose.

Can we see the tags before ordering?

Yes. The live 3D preview on the product page shows your names and colors before you add to cart.

How fast will we get our order?

Every order is produced within 1 business day, even for a full roster, then ships fast with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free across Canada on every order, with no minimum. Every package ships with a tracking number.
